I am Lluis Casadesús, I am 31 years old and I am the Roland DG Care and service coordinator for Roland DG Iberia.

I have been involved in the industry (Sign Market, LFP Market, etc…) for more than 5 years at Roland DG and more than 10 in the industry.

In the Customer Service department, we have adapted ourselves to the new COVID-19 reality and are currently offering new products and services to be next to our customers, dealers and colleagues

In this situation, we found room for a new way of working to keep providing our customers and dealers with materials and help despite the difficulties. We have started streaming courses of the Roland DG Academy, doing on-line trainings, offering virtual assistance and sharing videos with tips and tricks.

In these uncertain times, we have to be side by side with our customers, more than ever, to help them as much as we can. These are the reasons why we have reinvented our support methods to meet their needs.
